The office is located in the Westbanco/Vascor Building behind Wendy's and Scooters Coffee. It is a four story professional building and our suite is on the first floor, down the hallway on the right as you enter the main entrance to the bank.

Cash Rate $240/session

Insurance Copays vary so check your policy. Usually, the same as doctor visit.

Deductible Some plans make you pay before insurance pays. Check your policy.

Late Cancel $100 if not within 24 hours (option to reschedule same week to

avoid this fee if something available.

No Show $100 and risk of being dropped as a client with referrals given.

Court Clients $100 Deposit and paperwork completed before scheduling occurs.

$240 Cash rate at time of sessions, insurance may be billed.

Most court issues are not covered by insurance plans.

Number of sessions will depend on issues and your cooperation.

Basic Certificate Group Session: $1200 Coparenting Certificate – 8 hours of group

Basic Individual Sessions: $240/session until complete – usually 8 sessions

Mediation Sessions $400/session Coparenting

*Documentation, emails, AppClose, texting, etc. are billed by time to complete based on the cash rate.
