When beginning to look for the right counselor, asking the right questions is very important. Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I’ve been asked. Please provide your - name - date of birth - cell phone number - email address to begin your account with us. You can either submit this information through email, phone call, or through the contact form below. An email will be sent to you with a link to our portal where you may review our policies and procedures, fees, and complete your intake paperwork. You will then have access to our calendar where you can request an appointment.

We have moved! Address: 100 Farmers Bank Square Suite 105 Georgetown, KY 40324 Directions: The office is located in the Westbanco/Vascor Building behind Wendy's and Scooters Coffee. It is a four story professional building and our suite is on the first floor, down the hallway on the right as you enter the main entrance to the bank.

Cash Rate $240/session Insurance Copays vary so check your policy. Usually, the same as doctor visit. Deductible Some plans make you pay before insurance pays. Check your policy. Late Cancel $100 if not within 24 hours (option to reschedule same week to avoid this fee if something available. No Show $100 and risk of being dropped as a client with referrals given. Court Clients $100 Deposit and paperwork completed before scheduling occurs. $240 Cash rate at time of sessions, insurance may be billed. Most court issues are not covered by insurance plans. Number of sessions will depend on issues and your cooperation. Basic Certificate Group Session: $1200 Coparenting Certificate – 8 hours of group Basic Individual Sessions: $240/session until complete – usually 8 sessions Mediation Sessions $400/session Coparenting *Documentation, emails, AppClose, texting, etc. are billed by time to complete based on the cash rate.

Yes, insurance companies are billed by NLS, however clients are responsible for their copays and deductibles. We are credentialed with most KY insurance providers. We also offer private pay options. Some insurance companies have failed to pay and you will be signing documents at intake that state you will be responsible for the bill should insurance deny. *Court ordered clients are required to pay at the cash rate and will be reimbursed should their insurance pay for the sessions.

Sessions will be billed at the cash rate to your credit card or HSA card on file at the end of each session. A “Superbill” will be provided to clients showing fees paid and coding required for reimbursement which you give to your insurance company. Note: Reimbursement rates are based on your insurance plan.

We have three(3) kinds of coparenting certificates: I. Basics Coparenting Certificate: includes intake and education classes on parenting, child development, and communication skills A. Collaborative Coparenting Certificate: Basics + mediation sessions with both parents (in-person or zoom) until three (3) successful sessions are completed (usually three sessions). B. High-Conflict Coparenting Certificate: Basics + mediation sessions with both parents (in-person or zoom) until three (3) successful sessions are completed. *For Court Ordered Clients: Upon completion, you will be provided your certificate and a letter from me for use in court. Documentation has an additional fee. **Successful: a session completed utilizing the tools provided.

You will attend an intake session where we will establish you and your child(ren)'s needs. We will then continue with sessions that include parenting, communication, and child development. Your children will come to sessions and will have an opportunity to visit with you as well as speak to the therapist. We will work together to build trust and education for the family to be healthy and happy as you are reunified with your children. Letters will be provided for court as needed and as appropriate for an additional fee.

We have three options available for certificates. The Collaborative and High-Conflict Certificates include mediation sessions following completion of the Basic Coparenting Certificate. You may request your Basics Certificate to include a letter stating you have completed your part and are awaiting mediation sessions.
